Meet Sarah, Reiki Master & Yoga Instructor With over 10 years of experience in energy healing and holistic wellness, Sarah is a certified Reiki Master Teacher and Yoga Instructor dedicated to helping individuals find balance, healing, and transformation. 

Her journey into holistic health began in 2016 when she completed her first Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in Los Angeles. Sarah honed in on her unique abilities to heal took a level I & II reiki training in 2018 and became a Reiki Master in 2020, she began teaching reiki in 2021. She started Sarah of the Light LLC in 2021 and is working as a Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive Healer, Artist & Spiritual Brand Designer.

Originally from New Hampshire, Sarah moved to Los Angeles in 2000 and received a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts - Fashion Design and began working as a fashion designer. Many years later becoming burnt out from the hectic day to day she turned to yoga for self care and healing.

As a Reiki Master, Sarah specializes in promoting emotional, mental, and physical well-being through the ancient practice of Reiki and shamanic teachings. Her compassionate approach creates a safe, nurturing space for clients to release blockages and restore harmony within the body. 

Sarah moved to Maine in 2023 and enjoys being near the ocean, art, hiking, and embodying the practices she shares with others.
