Our in-house licensed massage therapists offer personalized body work tailored to your needs. Massage therapy can help all clients, especially athletes find relief from pre-existing or acute muscle strain & soreness, enhance circulation, and aid in recovery from injury. Enhancements to massage available upon request include: essential oils, pain salves, and CBD products. Massage sessions range from 30 minutes to 2 hours.

These careful, hands-on sessions are performed by certified FST professionals to assess active, passive, and resisted range of motion in functional movements and positions. Body movement mechanics are evaluated during your sessions as the therapist focuses on the connective tissue system rather than isolated muscles. FST sessions will help you create more space in your joints, allowing for smoother movement, and over time, greater joint mobility. We suggest combining these treatments with “Kinstretch in Practice” small group classes to achieve overall improved range of motion throughout the body. Sessions are all 55 min and are performed 1:1 on a table similar to massage therapy while fully clothed. We recommend comfortable or loose-fitting clothing.
