Paige Norris

Yoga Instructor
she/her/hers

Paige is a lifelong New Englander with stints in Massachusetts, Vermont, and Maine. In 2015 she started working on Monhegan Island and has called Maine home ever since, moving to Portland in 2022. Paige has a B.S. in Biology with a minor in Exercise Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. While at RIT she earned her RYS 200 hour teacher trainer through the on campus Power Yoga Cub where she later began her yoga teaching career. In practice, Paige focuses on proper form, body mechanics, and functional movement, with a large portion of her teaching centered around incorporating yoga into sports team regimes. During the summers, you can find her hosting yoga in the park at the Eastern Prom. Paige’s goal as instructor is to foster an encouraging environment that promotes the integration of yoga into overall training programs to improve flexibility, mobility, and mind-body connection.

Off and on the mat, fitness is central to her life, where she enjoys any and all forms of movement, including running, cycling, strength training, hiking, and ultimate frisbee to name a few. When not practicing, she works full time at a manufacturing software company called Braincube, where she continues her daily movement on a walking pad or balance board at her standing desk.
