Caitlin Stahl-Hodgkins

Yoga Instructor
she/her/hers

Caitlin grew up in Maine and has spent most of her adult life as an educator. Working primarily with young children, she taught outdoor education at a farm school and also in the Boston Public School system. Although she remains passionate about education, she found the work challenging during the pandemic, and has since spent more time focusing on travel and personal growth.

Caitlin has spent the last several years traveling, both in the United States in her car, and overseas.

She found yoga at a transitional time in life, in between careers, relationships, and during the pandemic. Yoga provided an intuitive, calming, and empowering way to view life and helped Caitlin reconnect with herself. She hopes to teach others to tap into the physical and mental support that yoga can provide.

Outside of yoga, Caitlin enjoys running, hiking, camping, writing, and jumping in the ocean all year round!
